MEINFERNBOX

MeinFernBox is a delivery system that parasites the network coverage of the rising MeinFernBus and FlixBus.
It is sometimes quite espensive to transport something form A to B. If someone wants an extra bag from Berlin to Munich, it will cost around 80€ an extra bag by plane and a DHL post service will be also expensive.
MeinFernBox connects people travelling with few luggage with people wanting to send something to the same destination.

BE A PARASITE

The tactic used was Be a Parasite which encourage people to parasite technologies, services and infrastructures to host other kind of services and find new possibilities.

This symbiotic relationship will bring travellers to the FernBus and will enable delivery alternatives  with lower prices and in sometimes even faster.

This is a concept that adjusts well to the newly born ‘Shared Economy’ where many of the successful Startups move around. An example of them are AirBnB and Uber among others.

A plugin or Add-On infects MeinFernBus' Website and suggests to help someone bringing their bag to your destination.

People share contact data and arrange the pickup

WEIL WIR DICH AUCH LIEBEN

Weil wir dich AUCH lieben is a sign system for encouraging the use of the benefits some tickets from the Berlin BVG metro system.
From the week ticket, to the year subscription, there are some rights that allow people to bring someone else in the metro at certain moment of the day or in certain days of the week.
Heart + is a sign that gets in the veins of the BVG transport company and propose tacit (or not so direct) spaces for this interaction. It signalize what you are allowed to do which is share your ticket.
The third wagon of the train will have this signs and it will be present in the platforms as well in specific zones.

EXPOSE GREYZONES AND GROW THERE

The tactic used was Expose greyzones and grow there which encourage people to move inbetween what they are allowed to do and what not; between black and white.

This allows people to connect each other to share a trip because they are not willing to pay a travel or the simply want to share time with someone.

This is a more bottom up approach and its meant to work spontaneously.
